The problem. A veterinary practice managing dozens of dairy farm clients had no central system. Five different consultation types — medicine assessments, milk quality reviews, animal health, quarterly planning — all tracked manually. Every report written by hand, every client history scattered across files.
The result. A secure multi-user platform where vets log in with their existing Microsoft 365 credentials and immediately see every client, every consultation history, and every past report. Five structured consult workflows built in. Reports export to PDF or Excel automatically.
All client data sits behind Microsoft 365 authentication — no new passwords, no separate accounts.

Case study 2 · Nonprofit organisation · Auckland, NZ
The problem. A nonprofit running multiple client-facing services was taking all bookings manually — phone calls, paper diaries, handwritten sign-up forms. Each service operated independently. Appointments missed, reminders forgotten, staff time consumed by admin that had nothing to do with serving clients.
The result. An automated booking system embedded into the organisation's website. Clients book online, receive instant confirmation, and get automated reminders — without anyone on staff doing anything. Every service feeds into one central system, giving management a live view across the whole operation.

Case study 3 · Towing & vehicle storage · NZ
The problem. A towing company's office server died — and took with it the on-premise software, dating back to the late 1990s, that ran their entire vehicle tracking operation. With replacement parts weeks away, staff were logging every impounded and accident-towed vehicle on paper and printed dockets, manually tracking cars that had been in storage for months. Storage fees, owner details and billing were all being handled by hand, with no way to add new records.
The result. A cloud-based management platform, accessible from any device, that replaced the dead on-prem system entirely. Staff log every tow with vehicle, owner and storage details; storage fees calculate automatically from intake to release date; and GST invoices generate from the same record. Configurable rate settings handle the different charges for accident versus impound tows.
Because it's online, the office is no longer tied to a single machine — the original point of failure is gone for good.
